1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BioVortex's lead generation platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Service

BioVortex provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and data analytics to identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers to our clients.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services are provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis. Pricing varies by advertising channel: $40 per lead for Google Ads, $50 per lead for Facebook Ads, and $60 per lead for LinkedIn Ads. All leads are subject to our qualification criteria and quality standards.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards. If a lead does not meet these standards or contains incorrect information, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for leads that do not convert to sales.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and the data of generated leads.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not use our services to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and advertising.

9. Intellectual Property

The BioVortex platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BioVortex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

BioVortex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
